a moderately good stay
comfy beds great staff average lunch poor selection
the beds were really comfy. i did sleep the best i have in a while. the staff was great to me, especially ruben and jorge at the pool. they always helped to get me a drink when i wanted one.
the lunch, it was pretty average to me. the dinner was almost inedible, i did not care for it much. the self-service buffet did not have a good selection.

totally awesome stay!
clean room fresh drinks friendly staff beach service
the room was super clean and big! i loved the daily service, especially getting fresh drinks in the fridge. the staff are super friendly and ready to help with anything. i really enjoyed the food too, lots of choices every day. the beach was super clean, i loved the service directly on the beach. the hotel organized airport transfers really worked and they were always on time. i even got a message the day before to remind me, super helpful! even bringing drinks to me while i relaxed near the pool or on the beach! that's so amazing. the location was very convenient, getting around was so easy. it was like i was in the middle of everything. i found plenty to do around here. this made exploring the area super easy. i felt safe walking around at night. i totally enjoyed the evening entertainment, there was something every night! the pool towels were always clean and fresh. the rooms service was prompt! i did not expect such amazing service. everything. definitely coming back!
The air conditioning unit in my room was a little loud. It worked well but made a bit of noise, i couldn't control the volume :(

i adored that it was all inclusive, a romantic touch! the location was very nice and convenient for our romantic strolls. our room was so nice and it added to our tender moments together. it made everything seamless and more focused on our connection.

i adored our room. it was a lovely space with such great comfort, complete with a stocked mini-fridge refreshed daily. the pool area provided relaxation, with attentive staff available to bring refreshments right to your sunbed. i savored every moment spent at this lovely place.
the evening entertainment sometimes felt repetitive, with few options beyond drawn-out bingo games.

the staff was attentive. they ensured the grounds remained super clean. my room service requests were always fulfilled promptly. the nightly entertainment provided a good diversion, showcasing local culture and talent. the performers were engaging and the shows were well-organized. the shows often included music and dance.
The coffee at breakfast could have been hotter. It was lukewarm on a few occasions.

The entertainment team, particularly Giovanny and Emilio, kept everyone engaged with poolside games and daily bingo. Breakfast was a highlight with many choices available. The pool bar service was really good, and it had plenty of food options.

The location had plenty of lounge chairs on the beach. There were also chairs on the dock for everyone to use. The workers were friendly. I liked that they had activists in the afternoon, including shows and water games. THE head of activities, diego, was great.
When we first got there, they put us in a room right above the valet parking. The balcony was so small. You could not even put a chair on there. After complaining, they gave us another room. My complaint is the service. The front desk was atrocious, but the restaurant was definitely cafeteria food.
