the room was super clean and big! i loved the daily service, especially getting fresh drinks in the fridge. the staff are super friendly and ready to help with anything. i really enjoyed the food too, lots of choices every day. the beach was super clean, i loved the service directly on the beach. the hotel organized airport transfers really worked and they were always on time. i even got a message the day before to remind me, super helpful! even bringing drinks to me while i relaxed near the pool or on the beach! that's so amazing. the location was very convenient, getting around was so easy. it was like i was in the middle of everything. i found plenty to do around here. this made exploring the area super easy. i felt safe walking around at night. i totally enjoyed the evening entertainment, there was something every night! the pool towels were always clean and fresh. the rooms service was prompt! i did not expect such amazing service. everything. definitely coming back!
The air conditioning unit in my room was a little loud. It worked well but made a bit of noise, i couldn't control the volume :(

The location had plenty of lounge chairs on the beach. There were also chairs on the dock for everyone to use. The workers were friendly. I liked that they had activists in the afternoon, including shows and water games. THE head of activities, diego, was great.
When we first got there, they put us in a room right above the valet parking. The balcony was so small. You could not even put a chair on there. After complaining, they gave us another room. My complaint is the service. The front desk was atrocious, but the restaurant was definitely cafeteria food.
