The entertainment team, particularly Giovanny and Emilio, kept everyone engaged with poolside games and daily bingo. Breakfast was a highlight with many choices available. The pool bar service was really good, and it had plenty of food options.
The music from the nearby beach club played LATE each day.

The location had plenty of lounge chairs on the beach. There were also chairs on the dock for everyone to use. The workers were friendly. I liked that they had activists in the afternoon, including shows and water games. THE head of activities, diego, was great.
When we first got there, they put us in a room right above the valet parking. The balcony was so small. You could not even put a chair on there. After complaining, they gave us another room. My complaint is the service. The front desk was atrocious, but the restaurant was definitely cafeteria food.
